What is the return policy & how do I return?
To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition.
To start a return, you can contact us at solivina.store@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3929 Red Root Rd Lake Orion MI 48360.
Once we receive your returned items at our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. (shipping costs are excluded from the return).
Exclusions• Special orders, personalized items, and thrifted items are all final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
What are your dispatch & delivery times?
Orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
United States Orders:
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days from the day of dispatch.
Standard Shipping: Delivery between 2-6 business days from the day of dispatch.
International Orders:
USPS Priority: Delivery is estimated between 6-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: During the days following a collection launch, there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.
I believe I received a faulty item or I made a mistake on my order what do I do?
If you believe your item may have a manufacturing fault, please send an email to solivina.store@gmail.com and include your order number, along with at least 3 high-resolution photos that clearly show the issue. Once we receive this information, our team will review the details and assist you further.
If you need to make any changes to your order or contact details, please email us at solivina.store@gmail.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help you before your order ships.
How do I choose the correct size?
Choosing the correct size can be a challenge while online shopping. We want you to be confident in your Solivina purchases. Refer to our size guide and product descriptions for the best choice.
For a personalized fit recommendation we suggest you email your bust, waist, and hip measurements, along with the item you are interested in to solivina.store@gmail.com, and we'll help you find your perfect fit.
How do I properly care for my Solivina items?
All Garments:
- Cold machine wash on gentle cycle with natural detergent
- Do not wash with towels
- Tumble dry on low setting. Low iron. Do not dry clean
- Avoid wringing or crushing
- Hang in the shade to dry, away from sunlight
- Consider using a washing bag to minimize microfiber pollution
